About Us

Our business idea is to provide companies and organisations with the simplest and most effective way of presenting their documents in a professional manner. We achieve this by designing and producing easy-to-operate document binding systems for offices, computer and reproduction centers, printers etc. Our business is based on the premise that it is natural to use a Bindomatic wherever documents are produced with the aid of a copier or laser printer. Bindomatic is currently used in more than 40 countries.

Why Use Bindomatic?

There are many reasons why a Bindomatic Document Finishing System
will help you in business. Have a look at these.

Accuracy

The thickness of the solid adhesive is uniform the entire length of the spine and the cover is scored four times.
The longitudinal edges of the adhesive are attached to the cover ensuring that all papers melt into the adhesive.
Our covers are the first pre-folded thermal covers in the world. The covers are folded back on themselves during the production process so that the bound document hinges open the first time on the outer scoring line.
Use of 100% Cotton Bookbinding cloth.
Laminated with the adhesive, on the top of the strip.
During the binding process, the cloth reinforcement flows into the adhesive.
After cooling, the cloth, the adhesive, and the cover stock fuse together to form a superior spine.
Two patents pending.
The new scoring method produces a sharper, bookline spine that improves the appearance of the bound document.
During the binding process, the cover "squeeze" the paper at the outer scoring lines which further improves the appearance of the bound document.

Convenience

Your Bindomatic system is always ready to use and don't need any setup or special preparations to do its job.

Just insert your freshly printed document into a Bindomatic cover, put it in the machine, wait for the beep and it is done.

The Bindomatic process is free of mess, and is quick and easy for your operators to use. Punch-binding is a much slower process which creates paper waste as a result of the punching operation.

Editing Bindomatic documents is a very simple process.

This makes the process particularly well suited to reference books, where pages containing dated information need to be replaced.

Presentation

They say "Don't judge the book by its cover" but everybody does.

The fact is that if the cover doesn't look interesting, it will meet with resistance. Your competitor might have a perfect cover and poor content but chances are that your customer will "feel better" about their proposal. Feeling is often more important since products are becoming increasingly similar. With Bindomatic you can get an inexpensive and interesting image for your company.

That leaves you to concentrate on the content and after all, that is your expertise, isn't it?

Speed

It takes only about 60 seconds to bind one or several documents on a Bindomatic thermal binding system, regardless of the thickness of the document! In contrast, a 'punch-bound' document must first be punched in sections small enough to fit into the punch machine, then manually fed onto a plastic or wire comb. The thicker the document, the more time it takes to bind. In addition, thermal binding allows several documents to be bound simultaneously, thereby making a dramatic saving in staff time and cost. Again in contrast, punch-binding is a labour intensive operation where each document has to be bound individually, thereby dramatically increasing staff time and cost.
A simple example of this would be a binding exercise involving 12 documents of 30 pages each. With a punch-binding time estimated at 2.5 minutes per document, the time saving would be as follows:

Punch-binding
12 documents x 2.5 minutes/document = 30 minutes total binding time

Bindomatic
12 documents bound simultaneously = 1 minute total binding time

If this were a daily exercise, the savings over 12 months would be 7,540 minutes!

Your Documents Better Than Your Competitors?

Every time you give out information, your credibility and professionalism is compared to that of your competitors. It has been proven time and again that a professional presentation often makes the difference between the acceptance or rejection of a proposal.

Your document covers are silent salesmen who can create a lasting impression with your clients. Document covers are a very important, yet often overlooked part of a company's total presentation.

The Bindomatic System ensures you leave your clients with the right impression every time.
